Food Safety

It is strange  and ridiculous to see that Our country does not have proper system to ensure food safety. Also, the kind of quality and price that is fixed for the little export that we do has no tight control for it genuineness ( control )  in price .Recently huge quantity of wheat exported has incurred a huge loss (Rs1750Cr) loss in pricing...Who is to bear the loss?
